Armour Events is a full-service planning studio managing weddings from first idea through final execution. We oversee planning, design interpretation, logistics, and on-site production with a steady, experienced hand. Our clients trust us to anticipate needs, guide decisions, and hold the details --

Planning Framework
1. Foundation
We begin by aligning on priorities, parameters and place. This establishes clarity for budget, scope and direction -- so every decision that follows has purpose.
We develop the planning structure, timelines, call cadence and the working plan that holds everything together. The critical path is mapped from the first call..

We work closely with your creative partners to translate the vision into tangible decisions across stationery, florals, rentals, and spatial flow. Our production designer translates the Design Deck into spatial renderings -- so you can see the entire event before it exists.
4. Production
As plans solidify, we manage details, logisics and vendor coordination. Ongoing touchpoints ensure alignment while protecting your time and attention.
For destination celebrations, our travel concierge coordinates guest arrivals, accomodations, and excursions.
5. Wedding Day
We are fully present throughout the entire Wedding Weekend -- guiding the experience, managing the production and handling the moving parts as they unfold. It's time to celebrate!
Investment
We take on a limited number of full-service engagements each year, allowing us to be fully embedded in every decision-- from early site consideration to final production.
Most of our celebrations represent an overall investment beginning around $200,000, particularly when custom environments or destination logistics are involved.
Our planning fee is structured proportionally to the managed event investment, ensuring our level of involvement remains aligned with the scope and complexity of the celebration.
Intimate or international weddings may fall outside this range; we welcome those conversations and assess each engagement individually.
